Thamani is passionate about building capacity in individuals, organisations and communities. Community capacity building is where we look to drive opportunities to develop and strengthen the skills, behaviours, abilities, processes and resources that organisations and communities need to survive, adapt, and thrive in an ever-changing environment.

Community capacity building is a key component of our corporate social responsibility policy as it makes a direct and tangible difference to the communities we work with or for. Thamani will lead and implement community capacity building projects based on our leading pro-bono program whereby Thamani will make a contribution by using either our resources, in-kind gifts or by making a financial contributions to valued organisations that are making a difference through capacity building.
